Got the front boxing plates installed on the 3 window.

I worked on making patterns for the boxing plates, having plate cut and holes dimpled, and then installing them in the frame.

Got the center boxing plates tacked in place on the 3 window.

I first had to cut the spacers that get welded inside the frame that space the boxing plate even inside the frame. Then I got the center boxing plates fitted and tacked in place. Next is to final weld.

Got the center boxing plates back for the 3 window.

Installed the plates on the rear of the frame on the 3 window.

I got the plate back from the laser cutter and got them installed in the frame.

Welding the front cross-member on the 3 window.

Designing the rear of the frame, and the new boxing plate designs on the 3 window.

Here is the design of the new rear frame. I also started designing the boxing plates for the center and the front of the frame.
