Repairing the bottom of the drivers side body.

I've been repairing the bottom parts of the body on the drivers side. The pieces are all made from scratch to replicate the exact shape of what is on the body. I had to replace both the sub rail bottoms and the outside skin bottoms. I've finished the cowl repair, and getting close to finishing up the rocker panel repair.

Finished up the drivers door on the Vicky.

I finished up repairing the bottom of the inner skin on the drivers door. Got it all welded back in, and flanged the outer skin over it. Door is done now.

Getting back on the 34' Vicky.

I've been working back on the 34' Vicky. The drivers door had rust out on the bottom inner and outer skin. So the first order of business was to roll out a new patch for the bottom of the outer skin using the original door as a pattern. Then once that was made I removed the bottom of the inner door skin to gain me access to repair the outer skin. Then the outer skin was removed and the new skin tacked in place, and final welded. Now I have to repair the inner skin, and get that back in place.

Finished assembling the 3 window for the Roadster Show. It will be in building #4.

I finished putting together the rest of the car, and got it all prepped for the Roadster Show. Come check it out, we will be there in Building #4.

Got the frame all put back together on the 3 window, for the Grand National Roadster Show this weekend.

Been working like crazy putting everything back together on the chassis in preparation for the Grand National Roadster Show this coming weekend.

Finished welded the frame on the 3 window.

I got the engine, rear axle, and front axle back out of the car. Then I finished welding up the rest of the frame that was blocked by those parts. Once that was done I got the frame removed out of the frame rack.
